We are open 7 days a week:

Mon - Sat: 09.00 to 17.30
Sunday:     10.30 to 16.30

Thursdays and Fridays:
Sainsbury's is open until 19.00 

Bank Holiday Monday:Selected Tenants 10.30 to 16.30

The Management Office is situated on the Service Deck.

Disabled access to the Centre
Standard symbol for disabled access Access for disabled persons from mall to mall is by 4 lifts located at the East End of the malls. For the able bodied there are also stairs and escalators. Some major stores also have public lifts.

Toilets
Symbol for Ladies and Gents toilets There are public toilets located on the upper shopping mall adjacent to the cafe and BhS entrance.

Disabled Toilets
Standard symbol for disabled WC A 'Unisex' toilet is operated by RADAR key which is located at the entrance to the public toilets.

Baby changing facilities
Standard symbol for baby changing facilities There are public toilets located on the upper shopping mall adjacent to the cafe and BhS entrance. A Baby changing room with 'nappy' disposal is located at the entrance to the public toilets.

Lost and Found

If anything is found in the Centre it is taken directly to the Management Office, where it is logged.  If you have lost something call the Management Office on 01604 637268 and we will try to help.
